Warm-up: Making Retro More Interesting

The main goal of warm-ups in retro is to create a positive atmosphere, which fosters open communication, active participation, and team cohesion. Warm-ups act as catalysts for overcoming barriers and creating a foundation of trust and cooperation within the team. By participating in these activities, team members begin to understand each other more deeply.

How to conduct them?

A question appears on the screen and a randomly selected participant, who can answer it. Questions are chosen in such a way that no one feels out of place. And it would be interesting for the others to listen to.

If there are many of you, it's not necessary to wait for everyone to answer. Let these be the first 3-5 random colleagues.
